Naadham · guided, not self-serve

The sound of focus and safety

Naadham is the Safe and Sound Protocol delivered with a person alongside you, not just an app. 19 self-paced video lessons and weekly live calls, all built specifically for the South Asian experience. No labels, no diagnosis required, just a nervous system that finally gets to stand down.

Built and personally guided by Sangheetha Parthasarathy, founder of South Asian Somatics.

Not a translated Western framework

Naadham is built inside South Asian Somatics, the framework Sangheetha created for nervous system work that actually accounts for South Asian family systems, immigration, patriarchy, and the very specific shame that shows up around focus, rest, ambition and worth. It was designed for this experience from the ground up, not adapted from somewhere else.

19 self-paced video lessons on ADHD, neurodiversity and trauma from a South Asian perspective, not a Western textbook lightly localized.
Weekly live calls, so you're never sitting with a question the app can't answer.

Who this is for

People who've already done the insight work, therapy, journaling, meditation, and are still getting flooded by things they can name but can't stop. People who want a person checking in, not just an app timer. People for whom "just relax" has never once worked, because relaxing was never the missing skill.

What it's done for others

"Doing Naadham was like removing a heavy weight off my chest. I am able to regulate myself and be calm and at peace with myself. I am able to connect with my partner and children in a better way. I am making good progress in my difficult areas like decision-making, conflict resolution, and forgiving others."

— Marym, India

Who should not join

A handful of conditions need a doctor's okay before starting this, or SSP shouldn't be used at all:

  • History of epilepsy, seizures, brain tumors or other neurological conditions
  • Active psychotic or psychiatric episodes, or on antipsychotic medication
  • A diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
  • Active thoughts of self-harm (please contact a crisis helpline instead: Tele-MANAS, 14416)
  • Perforated or ruptured eardrum, stapedectomy, or tympanostomy tubes
  • Autoimmune or other chronic conditions
  • Tinnitus, misophonia or hyperacusis (severe auditory sensitivity)
A South Asian-specific CPTSD assessment, built inside this same framework, is in the works. If you'd like early access when it's ready, email [email protected] and we'll let you know.

Common questions

Is this a subscription?

No. One payment, three months of access, nothing auto-renews and there's nothing to cancel.

What headphones do I need?

Standard over-ear headphones, not noise-cancelling ones. Earbuds and noise-cancelling headphones filter the sound in ways that work against the protocol.

Can I do this while on medication?

For most medications, yes, this isn't a drug and there's no interaction to worry about. If you're on antipsychotic medication or have a specific concern, raise it in your consultation, otherwise you're fine to keep taking what you're already on.

How is this different from the self-serve option?

The self-serve app is you and the app alone, with email support. Naadham adds a person: weekly live calls and 19 self-paced video lessons built specifically for the South Asian experience.

Is this WhatsApp therapy?

No. Weekly calls track your progress with the protocol and help pace your sessions. If something comes up that needs real clinical support, we'll point you to a mental health practitioner, that's outside the scope of this program.

What if I can't finish?

Every bit helps. We stop at the end of the program and all progress made counts, there's no penalty for pausing.

What if I need a refund?

Refunds are issued if program access fails to activate. Once access is working, we don't offer refunds for a completed purchase, so it's worth being sure this is the right fit before you start.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your information is never shared outside of Team Sangparth, and there's no community feature in this program, that's by design.
