The nervous system work behind Safe and Sound Protocol India

I'm Sangheetha Parthasarathy. I've been doing this work since 2014, guiding over 3,000 families through nervous system regulation, across India and globally. Somewhere between delivering the Safe and Sound Protocol to clients and training as a birth doula, I kept seeing the same pattern in two very different rooms: a nervous system still bracing for danger long after the danger had passed.

My own path into this started with a homebirth, unmedicated, at home, and everything that decision forced me to learn fast about my own nervous system. That birth is what pulled me into somatic work in the first place, and later into training as a doula myself. These days I homeschool my daughters, partly because I want to be present for their regulation daily, not hand it off to a system that was never built with a dysregulated nervous system in mind.

Why this site exists

Most of my work happens on private retainers, guiding executives and high-achievers around the world through this same nervous system work. But wellness pricing gets set in dollars by default, and that math doesn't hold up in rupees, not because the work matters less here, but because the exchange rate quietly prices people out of their own healing. Safe and Sound Protocol India exists to close that specific gap: the same real protocol, priced for the people actually living here, without a consultation call standing between you and starting.

This site is the self-serve entry point: app access on its own, no waitlist, no call required first. If it's a fit, you're listening within a day of paying.

If you want more support

Some people just need the app. Others do better with a person alongside them, weekly live calls plus a paced course of 19 self-paced videos. That's Naadham, my guided group program built around the same protocol. And for people who want to work with me directly, one-on-one sessions are available too.
